@ local Buddhist monks visits to school and advice.

@ offer Dane to monks with the help of children.

@ take time to take children to the near by Tempel for a little clean up.

@ moms ,dads can volunteer to take children to the near by dairy farm ,fruit/vegi

@ relaxation (mediation) for children by monks often brings good health,happiness.

See , heaps of activity to change the lifestyle for better ,with little bit of creativity.
