බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ එහිදී මෙසේ වදාළ සේක. උස්සුරසෙය්‍යං ආලස්‍යං චණ්ඩික්කං දීඝ සොත්ථියං ඒකස්ස අද්ධාන ගමනං පරදාරූප සේවනං එතං බ්‍රාහ්මණ සේවස්සු අනත්ථං තෙ භවිස්සති අවැඩට හේතු වූ කරුණු සයක් මෙම ගාථා තුළින් ඉදිරිපත් කොට ඇත.
1. හිරු නැගෙනතුරු නිදිය ගැනීම, තමාට පැවරෙන පැවරී ඇති කටයුතුවලට නිසි වේලාවට කල් ඇතිව නැගිටින්නේ නැතිව ඉර අව්ව වැටෙන තෙක් නිදාගන්නේ නම් පිරිහීමක් අවැඩක්ම වන්නේ ය.
2. අලසව හිඳීම, උදය, දවල්, සවස, අව්ව, වැස්ස, පින්න යනාදී කියමින් වැඩ කිරීමට නුසුදුසුයයි කම්මැලිව සිටින්නේ නම් වැඩ අතපසු වේ. අවැඩක්ම වන්නේ ය.
3. දරුණු වූ රළු පරළු ගති දැක්වීම, එකිනෙකාට නොසන්සුන් ලෙස හැසිරී කුරිරු කමින් දඩබ්බර ගති දැක්වීමෙන් කාගේවත් උදව්වක් උපකාරයක් හිමි නොවේ. එය ද අවැඩක් ම වන්නේ ය.
4. කළයුතු දැය කල් දැමීම, කිරීමට ඇති කටයුතු කරන්නේ නැතිව අදය හෙටය අනින්දා යයි පමා කිරීමෙන් පිරිහීමක් ම වේ. ඒ නිසා අවැඩක්ම වේ.
5. මඟ හුද කලාව යාම, දුර බැහැර ගමන් බිමන් යන එන විට සුදුස්සෙක් නොමැතිව තනිවම යාම ඊම කිරීම තුළින් තමාගේ ආරක්ෂාව තමාට අයත් දෙයෙහි ආරක්ෂාව නැතිව පාඩු සිදුවේ. ඒ නිසා අවැඩක් ම වන්නේ ය.
6. පරදාර සේවනයෙහි යෙදීම. අන් පුරුෂයන් සතු භාර්යාවන් තමා වසඟයට ගැනීමට කටයුතු කිරීම එසේම වැරදි කාම සේවනයෙහි ඒවාම සොය සොයා කටයුතු කිරීම තුළින් අවැඩක්ම සිදුවේ.
මෙසේ මේ කරුණු හයක් ඉදිරිපත් කොට ඒවා නිසා අවැඩක් ම සිදුවන බව වදාළහ. අනතුරුව බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ බමුණාගෙන් කුමක්කොට තම දිවි රැක ගන්නෙහි දැයි විමසීය. එවිට බමුණා සූදු ක්‍රීඩාවෙහි යෙදෙමින් අන්‍යයන් යොදවමින් කටයුතු කිරීමෙන් ලැබෙන දෙයකිනුයි කීය. එහිදී බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ දූ කෙළියෙහි යෙදී ජය ගැනීම උතුම් නොවන බවත් අනුන් පරදවා ලබන දිනුම ඒ දිනූ තැනැත්තා ම නැවත පරදින හෙයින් උතුම් නොවන බවත් වදාළහ. බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ කෙළෙස් සතුරන් පරදවා ලබන දිනීමම ඉතා උතුම් බව වදාළහ. එසේ ලබන ජයග්‍රහණය ඔහු පරදවා වෙනත් කිසිවකුත් දිනන්නට සමත් නොවෙතියි වදාළහ. දෙවියෙක් හෝ බ්‍රහ්මයෙක් හෝ මාරයෙක් හෝ සමත්වෙන වෙන කිසිවෙකුත් ඒකාන්තයෙන්ම නැත. ඉහත දක්වන ලද අයුරින් අනුන් පරදවා ජය ලැබුමට කැමැති ලෝවැසි ජනයා දූ කෙළීම්, පැහැර ගැනීම්, යුද කිරීම් ආදියෙහි යෙදෙති. එහෙත් ඒ ජහග්‍රහණ උතුම් නොවේ. දිනූ තැනැත්තාම නැවත පැරදුමට පත්වන බැවිනි. සන්සුන් හැසිරීම (සඤ්ඤතචාරිතො) යන කය, වචන, සිත යන තුන්දොර මනාව හසුරුවා පැවතීම තුළින් සීලය, සමාධිය, ප්‍රඥාව වැඩී මඟඵල නුවණ ද උපදවා ගත හැකිය. එම දිනීම කිසිවකුටත් පරාජය නොවන ජයග්‍රහණයකි. ඔබද අවැඩ දුරුකොට තමා ජයග්‍රහණය කිරීම සඳහා උත්සුක වන්න. ඒ බව නවම් පෝදා භික්ෂු සංඝයා රැස්කරවා ඕවාද ප්‍රාතිමෝක්ෂ දේශනාව ලෙස සියලු පව් දුරු කොට සියලු පින්කම් සිදුකොට පිරිසුදු සිත් ඇතිකර ගැනීම සියලු බුදුවරුන්ගේ අනුශාසනය ලෙසද දක්වා වදාළහ. සම්මා සම්බුදු සරණයි!

Recomendations
As we can see, high insurance premium is payable for mechinary and m.vehicles.
Therefore, we suggest to lease either m.v or machinery, instered of having as a fixed asset.
Competitive lease exp might be more attractive than insurance exp at the end. It reduce the current liability payable . further, if there is a insurance claim occurs, they will not process the the claim,until the insurance premium is paid in full.
Please consider recruiting contract staff to avoid EPF exp to the company.
F.assets land is in a high risk land slid region. If any disasters, asset monetary value get reduced dramatically.
Therefore, it is wise to sell the land asap and
Funds divert to expand the factory complex. Stability gets improved.
As we can see, pre payments for fish supplier, should be avoided, to pay off the tax payables dues during the tax time.
As we know suppliers do like to role the funds, for short term financing. This practice must not be a habbit.

Engineers at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) achieved 34.5 percent sunlight-to-electricity conversion efficiency, a new mark that also comes closer than ever to the theoretical limits of such a system. UNSW's Dr. Mark Keevers and Professor Martin Green set the record with a 28 centimeter-square (4.3 sq in), four-junction mini-module embedded in a prism. This new configuration allows the sun's rays to be split into four bands so that a higher amount of energy can be extracted from each beam. The same team reached an even higher level of efficiency a few years back using mirrored concentrators that were able to convert 40 percent of incoming sunlight to electricity. However, this new record is the highest level achieved without the use of concentrators. "What's remarkable is that this level of efficiency had not been expected for many years," said Green, citing a German study that set a goal of 35 percent efficiency to be reached by 2050.  The team does not expect that its record-breaking cell configuration will find its way on to home or office rooftops anytime soon, as they are more costly to manufacture. The group is working to reduce the complexity to make them cheaper to produce and sees a future for them on solar towers that make use of concentrating mirrors. Meanwhile, efficiency gains are also being made in the development of organic solar cells that are cheaper and more flexible. There's still a long way to go though, as the most recent record for organic photovoltaics set in February was 13.2 percent efficiency.
